John - not only are you a scam artist but you're full of *** too. George is on to you. Thankfully he shared his insights. Oh, BTW, your ship to shore post office link is broken as well. Hey - how about this - I'll review your entire web site and make recommendations for you - I'll only charge a small fee of course.
Folks - stick to a real TA and stay away from scammers like this guy. He simply contacts TA's or cruise companies after you give him your info, Go to a real TA who will be interested in being there to help and won't put a 1000 word essay in front of you telling you all the ways he plans on taking no responsibility for your satisfaction.

I'm a bit flattered and honored that you would take all this time and effort just to knock me and my efforts, than in actually sticking to the original question asked in the first place. Even though, whether it is you or me, this newsgroup is still only opinions. I guess if you actually have that much time on your hands, then that's your business. Or possibly, this is nothing more than the old political adage of trying to make your opponent look bad, if you really have nothing constructive to add yourself.
Yet, people that live in glass houses should not throw stones. I was under the impression that the promotions we all receive from the cruise lines, that the prices could not be advertised on the Internet. As an example, in the disclaimer for just Princess alone, it says... "There fares may not be advertised on the Internet." Yet. there they all are, and in living color right on your Website. I'd be curious as just how you can do this, for I too would like to do the very same thing. Actually, I could include such promotions right under the non-working "Pick a Cruise" button that Mike seem to have such an issue with. That would solve a lot of problems. Yet, maybe I better ask Princess and the other cruise lines instead.
As for your other personal attacks, actually I must be doing something right, for every time someone like you comes along, determined to find fault with me, but refusing to discuss the original issue, my business actually does up. I guess I should actually thank you for the left-handed complements.
Yet, to help clarify some of the so-called inaccuracies you quickly point out, I have already corrected the Glacier Bay statement, haven't you hear of Hubbard Glacier? And remember, we're also dealing with a 7 year old. Therefore, my opinions and suggests still stands. Furthermore, to help clear up some of your other misconnections and misinformation you have a bit, the Manufactured Home Owners Network is entirely a non-profit service. I do not get or make one penny from it.
Yet, as for all the disclaimers, yea, I too thought they were a bit much. However, they were all written by my attorney, who actually insisted I include them on my Website. Maybe I should have this attorney be the one contact you.
As to my response to all your other accusations hypothetical theories, speculations and even my business endeavors, why bother! You and a few others are obviously going to believe just want you want anyway. Actually, I will leave all your misinformation and personal attacks exactly as you have written them, For, as the old saying goes, when someone has nothing constructive to add, then the personal attacks start. Don't worry, I can more on.

Our Website if for reference purposes only, for when we book a cruise for our clients, it is actually done through our affiliate, in order to get
You know, John has posted so many inaccuracies in the past few days that I don't even know where to start.
1) He recommended Royal Caribbean to a person who wants to see Glacier Bay.
Royal Caribbean doesn't go there.
2) He says that Carnival has beer drinking contests. I'd like to know what
ship he saw that on. I've actually been on many Carnival cruises and have
never seen a beer drinking contest. However... he implies that Princess is
more refined. Funny, but the only beer drinking contest I have ever seen
was on Princess and I posted about it here on r.t.c. almost three years ago:
http://tinyurl.com/cb8fl And it seems that Royal Caribbean (his
recommendation) has had some beer drinking contests too:
http://tinyurl.com/bqjfs
3) He says Princess is good for the Bingo crowd. Of course, Carnival has twice as many Bingo games than Princess, not to mention their scratch-off kind of games)
4) On one hand he says he doesn't want customers who are just looking for
price. On the other hands, he tells people that if they find a cheaper
price that he will match it.... and he does it in the same paragraph!
"Likewise, quick answers simply means prospective shoppers are just than,
not serious or savvy buyers, and will drop one agency over another if they
find what they think is $5 cheaper elsewhere. That is not the clientele we
seek, for even if a cheaper price is found somewhere else
later, we will match it. "In another paragraph he says that he can "offer
our competitive price if they have already found what they think is the best
price elsewhere."
5) John does not deal directly with the cruise lines...... he books through
another company and uses their accounts. He is an "affiliate" agent. He
probably doesn't have the time to deal directly with the cruise lines
because of his full time job as the "Founding Director of the Manufactured
Home Owner's Network" http://www.mfghomeowners.net/index1.htm
John hasn't posted here on r.t.c. for years. A few years ago he came here
with a great idea... he would help you choose what cruise was best for
you... for a fee. That's right.... I think he charged something like $25 or
$50 to talk with you and then tell you which cruise (in his professional
opinion) was the best suited for you and then you could go somewhere else
and buy it. I see he had branched out to selling cruises now.
Trouble is that John still seems to have problems accepting responsibility
When John is talking about professionalism and the good research and service
he gives, he fails to mention his "disclaimer" about the limits of his
responsibility in case something goes wrong. It is located here
http://www.shiptoshorecruise.com/step5.htm
Let me translate for you. No matter what happens, it isn't John's fault.
Even if he is wrong, it isn't John's fault. Even if he has been advised
ahead of time that there might be a problem in your future and you listen to
him... it isn't his fault.
John says it isn't his fault if you listen to him about anything having to do with Mobile Homes either. http://www.mfghomeowners.net/Responsibility.htm Here is a quote:
"Users of this service agrees that any recommendations are entirely at the user's own risk. "
Do we see a pattern here? Someone with two jobs who touts his professional
recommendations... and who disclaims any responsibility for anything he
tells you.
And that is the end of my post.
