Re: cruiseshopping web site

Judy,

Shop around, get their best offer, then try www.shiptoshorecruise.com before you make that final decision. Any agency can claim they have the lowest prices, and some actually do here and there, but usually just from selected cruise lines, ships and sailing dates. Read about how we operate, and why, then simply drop us an e-mail with the details, and we'll see what we can do. No guarantees, but it may certainly be worth a simple inquiry.

Has anyone ever booked a cruise through the web site cruiseshopping.com ? They have some good deals but I've never booked with them before and would like some feedback from someone who has. Just want to make sure they are legit.
Thanks,
Judy

I hate to be one to complain but I will anyway. I went to your site and looked around to see what you guys were all about. I gotta say that when a button on your site says "Pick a Cruise" and that link doesn't work, I'm done shopping on your site.

The site does not look professional when links do not work. Also, people want to compare and compare quickly these days. Not being able to "Pick a Cruise" just does not make sense. Remove that link if it does not work! If you're going to be on line then be on line but for God's sake, do it properly. Get a developer to develop a site complete with databases and scripts that work. A site that allows the user to compare quickly. Why would I give my money to a business with a poorly working website? That kind of thing makes me nervous.

I can hack a website together in 15 minutes that looks better than this - doesn't mean I know what I'm doing with respect to selling cruises.
