According to MAPQUEST (specifying only the two CITIES), it's basically
I-95 S, I-10, then I-75 S:

1: Start out going EAST on E UNION ST / US-23 S / FL-139 E toward N
OCEAN ST / US-17 N / US-1 N / US-90 ALT E / FL-5 N / FL-10A E. <0.1
miles

2: Turn LEFT onto N OCEAN ST / US-17 N / US-1 N / FL-5 N. <0.1 miles

3: Turn LEFT onto US-17 N / E STATE ST / US-1 N / US-23 N / US-90 ALT
W / FL-5 N. Continue to follow US-23 N. 0.9 miles

This is how you go the first MILE to get onto I-95 S. YMMV if you
give the exact address or street intersection of your starting point.

4: Merge onto I-95 S via the ramp on the LEFT. 1.4 miles

5: Merge onto I-10 W via EXIT 111 toward LAKE CITY / TALLAHASSEE. 18.2
miles

This is where you merge into I-10

6: Merge onto US-301 S via EXIT 343 toward LAWTEY / STARKE. 36.9 miles

7: Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto FL-24 W / KENNARD ST. Continue to follow
FL-24 W. 13.1 miles

8: FL-24 W becomes FL-331 S. 5.4 miles

9: FL-331 S becomes FL-121 S / SW WILLISTON RD. 0.2 miles

Now you merge onto I-75 S to TEMPA.

10: Merge onto I-75 S toward TAMPA. 109.1 miles

11: Merge onto I-275 S via EXIT 274 toward TAMPA / ST PETERSBURG. 16.8
miles

12: Take EXIT 44 toward DOWNTOWN-WEST. 0.4 miles

13: Merge onto N ASHLEY DR. <0.1 miles

14: Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the TAMPA ST ramp toward AQUARIUM-SEAPORT
ARENA / CONVENTION CTR / HARBOR ISLAND. 0.1 miles

15: Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto N TAMPA ST / US-41 BR S / FL-685 S.
Continue to follow N TAMPA ST / US-41 BR S. 0.3 miles

16: End at Tampa, FL US

Total Est. Time: 3 hours, 28 minutes Total Est. Distance: 203.55
miles

Mapquest is very accurate down to minute details when you give the
EXACT address. That was how I even knew that the street of my
subdivision doesn't go directly to my driveway, but makes a turn
for 15 FEET before turning into my driveway. :-)

As for travel time ... it depends on your Interstate driving speed.
In FL, the limits are generally 65 or 70 mph, but the driving
speed of MOST drivers are 80-95 in those Interstate sections.
That was how I AVERAGED 70 mph (over 12 hours), including stops
for lunch and gas refill to drive to Fort Lauderdale, from two
states away.

That was also how I got a speeding ticket for going only 90+
mph at a 65 mph section of I-75 in Georgia that cost me $678
earlier this year when the same speeding (about 25+ mph above
the I-75 limit) cost me only $166 in Florida. :-)
