hospital price comparisons

Going back to Bangkok for another colonoscopy. I've had two at
Bumrungrad and the last one was at Samitivej and seemed to be less
expensive 3 years ago. Does anyone have recent experience or can
offer comparisons? I have checked both hosptial's websites which give
similar numbers, so looking for first hand experiences.
