So it might be worth checking one-ways.
I use a site www.airwise,com/schedules to check flights. It's not
perfect, but has most flights. Apart from American's one flight
to.from Miami, the nearest airports with service to or from the
mainland are SXM, St Maarten or ANU, Antigua. There are flights taking
25 minutes from there to St Kitts. Most flights cost $22 each way on
LIAT (see http://www.liatairline.com/ )
