WGP 2007

The WGP 2007 was won by the Netherlands. The Dutch team under the lead of
the young Selinger is grouped together in a single club team for already
over two years as preparation for the Olympics. This is the first great
success in a world tournament. All leading teams USA Cuba China Russia
Brazil and Italy were beaten.

China became second and Italy third. Both Brazil and Russia had
disappointing performance while Poland without Glinka was good for last
place with a single victory over Italy.
