Very interesting post. Last year I have knee injury. It was
Patellofemoral syndrome in my knees. And this year I have achilles
injury in one leg. I think mainly both the injury is because I has
ridden more and harder than my body can tackle. My knee injury was as
Nathan say because the seat high was to low. And the achilles injury
this year was because of stupid riding in the hills with 110mm Cranks
when I was at the Mediterranean. I had no brake on my Coker and it was
descenting who destroyed my achilles this year. Hope be better to the
Unicon... Now I train alternatively. Swimming, running and also has
riding a little bit on my ordinary bicycle. But it's really boring...
