Surprise - at its core, the idea of leaving things up to the free

er, anyone who is "poor or disenfranchised" and is arguing in favor of
government/socialized health care is selfish, since what they favor is a
handout for themselves: taxing productive people to give them benefits.

I'm never impressed when someone favors reaching in to someone else's
pocket. You shouldn't be either.
Oh yeah. Because the system we have in place right now is completely
transparent and equitable.

Every society allocates wealth. We just happen to allocate wealth to
people who *already* have wealth, because we have some idea that all
the little banknotes should be allowed to live together, or something.

Gods alive, but capitalists are dumb.

They would rather turn the little banknotes into bombs, cruise
missiles and atomic weapons to kill innocents than to, God forbid,
save the life of a single poor person with their money.

Thats exactly what Jaros believes. He'd rather burn his money than
help a single soul. Better yet, he'd rather buy Bush a basket of
cluster bombs to shred little Iraqi kids into hamburger.

you seem to forget that polls consistently showed that, despite all the
bombing and anarchy that followed, a majority of the iraqi people
favored the US invasion and deposing of saddam.

that's because they were lied to and the media made saddam out to be a
far worse guy than he actually was when in fact bush was far worse.
bush killed far more innocents than saddam ever did.
