So all of a sudden, after years of flogging the whole concept, and
shouting down any dissent with screams of "Fourteen!" and "7543!",
you've decided that the whole concept of comparing players across
different eras is dumb?

Pedro, you should have no problem to believe what I told you of the
difference between Whisper and bob, after so many extremely desperate
bob's posts typically like this one, ever since bob engaged in a not
only losing but impossible course of first equal then better Pete with
Fed in achievement talk (I know achievement here is represented by
goat) even after whisper correctly pointed that given choice everybody
would take more trophies and nobody could take away any win.
What you called an often sane (I call knowledgable) poster in past has
become a guy who twisted every possible posts, sentence by sentence,
in order to gain some 'edge' to help his IMPOSSIBLE course. Another
examples is that he views every recently post of winning odds analysis
as an excuse and twist his replies to be sure that in case Fed won,
absolutely no excuse in his best super form when in case Nadal won or
lose, he is in the absolute worst form in life (in reality we all know
a win is a win, so is loss. In long term lucky factor evens out so it
doesn't matter. people is here to analyse short term odds in this
open, has nothing to do with any excuses). Never see whisper is so
desperate to care such 'fine' points. Lamentable really that he
couldn't even cut half stuffs like that and really has more time to
enjoy more tennis. It is fate.

wow, you thought of me that much today? thanks!

for the record, winnnig slams is what determines who achieved the most - but we as observers should also be able to interpret what we are seeing. some are not able to, obviously. keep trying though, and keep paying attention........
