well it was great umpiring from layani, He's in charge so they should
have listened to him and not have players wait for > 10 minutes!!

++ Was it the supervisor or a video replay judge... the chair is the
man in charge of the match... that's what confused Layani... he knows
he's 'supposed' to be in charge of the match not the video replay
tech... that was just strange... Layani is a light hearted guy but he
was not liking being needlessly put into that situation...
