Watching Nadal in his elements on clay is an awe-inspiring sight. I
haven't seen such a package of stamina, determination, speed,
physical
aggression, mental strength, iron defense, court sense and a sharp
mind always aware of the slightest of opportunities in a long time.
He
is relentless, and he is still improving.

are you sure somebody hasn't hijacked your id? these lines under you
id look totally out of place.

Not really. Arnab only cares about one "thing". All his posts are
related
to the thing. In this case, the idea is, if the thing cannot beat
Nadal,
then Nadal must indeed be by far the GOAT of clay because the thing
would
surely have destroyed any other clay-courter in history.

at 100-2 and 3 straight FO titles, it really is hard to over-state
how
good nadal has been on clay.

Never said that he wasn't. He's had my respect for a long time.
However,
this is about Arnab and we all know what I said is true. And in fact,
in
light of his recent "confession" he owes GroundAxe and many others an
apology. LOL

? What the hell are you talking about, Giggles?

Maybe you have to apologise for admitting you were wrong about Nadal?

As you know full well, upstanding posters, like the aformentioned
Groundaxe, always show proper humilty when their predictions are found
to be wanting. You would do well to learn from their example.

LOL. I agree that Groundaxe is hardly a pinnacle of class, however, as Arnab
admits, he's been very mistaken.

I said "Nadal has proven me wrong" in the figurative sense to mean
that even though I was aware of Nadal's success on clay at the time, I
didn't expect him to continue doing for four consecutive seasons on
clay. He has maintained his success and incorporated new elements to
his game. I still find his game quite bizarre and idiosyncratic, but
his success is undeniable, and he has earned my respect.

How is this related to GroundAxe, or to any other poster on rst, for
that matter, please tell us? Since it is so obviously not, as
everybody else here can clearly see by now, I think you owe everybody
here an apology for stirring up ***, Giggles. Are you man enough to
do it? We are waiting with bated breath. Don't try to weasel out of
this one. Be a good boy and say "I am sorry, folks. It will never
happen again."
