Henin: her all-time rank

Wow, Henin retires ... too bad, she was great fun to watch, battling the ovas and the W sistas over the past 7 years.

So if this is the end for her, where does she rank?

In terms of accomplishments, for the OPEN ERA, i'd have her ranked 10th, behind, in no particular order:

navritilova
court
graf
evert
king
seles
venus
serena
goolagong

goolagong beats her out because henin never won wimbledon, obviously a big strike against her.

In terms of quality of play, she's got to be top 3 on all surfaces except grass. only serena and venus would rank ahead on HC, and only seles on clay. a marvelous player.
