All that matters is yr-end ranking - rest of it is interim measure &
means nothing. Many runners lead the marathon but only 1 champ.

Your level of understanding is only slightly above Raja's, but still
below that of a mule of average intelligence. In a rolling system, all
that matters is total time accumulated at no.1, rather than no. of
weeks at no.1 at some arbitrary point in the year. But then you've
been failing this particular test ever since you've been on rst.
