This is the first year RST has failed to raise post counts relative to

raja has a profoundly negative impact on rst with his idiot rock music
lists. his lendl GOAT lists were barely tolerable but cross-posting
these rock lists to all the band-fan NGs has flooded rst with idiotic
spam commentary.
and it's all pointless because no one will ever include Yes in the top
3 tiers of rock music. lol.
Nice dig. Waste no opportunity, want no opportunity.
Realistically, though, Raja by himself isn't the problem; nor is
Hazelwood with the endless political spam; or even Whispy & Co. and
the flood of stupidity they unleash daily. Overall, the level of crap
has risen steadily, true. But what strikes me these days is that the
number of posts worth reading is so far down that some sort of
critical watershed may have been passed. Seeking them out is now just
too difficult.
