i have several homes. never been on hunter street and don't smoke.

i just decided some years ago that those two things, time and money,
were the cause of most of the stress in my life. So I eliminated both.

Yeah, the cliche "there is more to life than money" is true.
Unfortunatly, few get to realize that it is accurate. Of course being
poor sucks as well but enough is enough. No point in wasting your
life having 10x, 20x or 100x what is enough and missing out on what
makes you happy.





but i lied in a way, because ironically between that post and now i
wrote the first check i have written in about 10 years !

however, i hope i never have to do it again, although it was sorta
fun. it was fun and funny because my banker had to even show me
how.

No. Somebody normally does that for me. I am a kept man.



that old adage "neither a borrower nor a lender be" is good advice.
it brings you peace of mind and allows you to truly enjoy life.


...or the rst equivalent "neither a bumrooter nor a Lendl fan be".
