Yup. This is why I have been saying its downhill from here. Poor guy
not only needed to change his game but now has to change his feet
as well.

People thought I was perhaps nasty or something when I criticised
Nadal last season even before his injury saying he was a flash in the
pan and just a shooting star player. I wasn't trying to be nasty at all
but it was plain as day this guy simply could not go on playing like he
was or age or injury or both would catch up with him fast which is
what happened.

I actually think it was Madrid that finished him. You know, the matches
I said he would lose. He should have lost them. He might still be playing
now if he had. Especially the Ljubicic one. That one really killed him. I
think that is when he wrecked his foot past the point of no return.

I don't think he is going to make it back. He will fall out of the top 5 this year
and be lucky to stay in the top 10 the next. That is, if he even continues
to play.

At least he had his moments in the sun. Some never even get that.
