How about the horrible backhand that he refuses to work on?
Or his tactic of rushing the net when he doesnt have a clue how to do proper approaches, let alone volleys.

Once he fixes those things he can concentrate on return of serve.

According to your list you could think that we are talking about player who is ranked 200+. Rod*** has been solid top player for years already...
