Apparently, she had a serious ankle injury, and this was her first match
back for a couple of months. She started off poorly, but got better as the
match went on. Stosur served extremely well for the whole match and
Groenefeld could never quite handle it. Incidentally, Germany ended up
winning the tie against Australia by winning the men's singles and mixed
doubles.

Groenefeld.
She's a tall, blonde, athletic German and ranked 21 in the world, so you
should have heard of her (although I hadn't until today :) ).
