At this stage, given her reluctance to follow up on the advice to
report directly to the police, I'm inclined to suspect that the
'injury' isn't any kind of big deal at all, and that she really knew
that all along, but hey, what an excellant opportunity to grab a bit
of attention.
She is however entiltled to slap down and reject a jerkoff reply.
But as for you Duncan, how come you've being unable to answer my
simple questions on the whole character building thing?
jeez, you sound like you've got a massive chip on your shoulder. Were
you soooo horribly bullied that you can't help but want to shovel it
around so that everyone can have a taste of what you had? Will that
make us all better people?
Clearly it hasn't done you any favors so the logic of that approach is
obiously flawed!

Was that what your mother did to you? was she your bully?

Were you forced?

I couldn't answer your question because I couldn't understand it, it was too
obcure and convoluted. If you ask it again in a sensible and simple way I'll
try it.
Obscure, I take it means something you never thought off.
In any case, you said;
"Part of the character building nature of sport is learning to cope
with setbacks and losing rather than reveling in constant success."
Just to be bhelpful, I'll number the different fraction of the same
question.
I said;
Just to nit pick on that.
1.........Shouldn't that be a two way street?"
Was that the bit that confused you?
I also asked;
2........."Why can't maliciously jealous no-bodies experience such
character
building by coping with the set backs and loss that may result by
such
aggressive behaviour?"
To difficult for you to understand?
Let's try it this way;
Wouldn't the attacker having to face the consequences of his action
not be regarded as one of them character building "setbacks" you were
advocating?
I even went on to expand on that question by asking;
3.........."Don't you think that it might be equally character
building for him to
have the chance of seeing his family torn limb from limb
(metaphorically speaking) and all because of his viciousness?"
Precisely where have I lost you?
And lastly, and I don't see how this can seem obscure or convoluted...
I ended on the same sot of question with;
4..........."Why should only the victim be resigned to accept your
character
building theory?"
Personally speaking, I think you're just trying to weasel out of
realising what you said was bs.

The answer to your rephrased 'questions', is yes. And you will see that from my original post if you cared to read it fully, and not just pick out the bits wou didn't like.
