It isnt easyer to do it head up. It was all I knew. Now, I can bearly do it,
even though I needed to do 150m of it 2 yrs ago for my Bronze Medalion.

When you have to relearn how to do a stroke, at can take a while.

It did not take a full year. it took about 4 months, that is the length of
time our team practiced each year, and it was for about an hour 3 times a
week.

This has nothing to do with fitness.

It has to do with lack of skill.

And now, I am a lot better.
