What does 3 + 3 refer to?
I said if you can do 3k in 2hrs, then you can probably do 5k in 4hrs. 5k + 3k is 8k. That means you still have to increase your average speed enough to squeeze 3k more into 4hrs.
Now you probably feel a lot worse.
