Dryland training

Can you help?

Here's the situation. I have acces to a pool a couple of mornings a week,
but do not have acces to a swim club/coach. I'm a 1.50 pr. 100 distance
swimmer trying to get back into shape and am interested in doing dryland
training.

Does anyone have a used (and inexpensive) swim bench for sale? Perhaps a
swim club changing equipment or something like that?

Do stretchcordz really work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
