This is true of any NT or club in the world, but the US NT seems to tinker with it a lot.

Interesting links. I like the US kits, generally. They do tinker with them quite a bit, yes, but the general theme is usually the same (home uniform white, away one dark blue, red in some cases) and they've got some very nice results there (IMHO).
Even this "Where's Waldo?" version isn't that bad IMO. Reminds me of Linense's kit, though.
I looked up some other nt's for their "kit evolutions", and an interesting one is Colombia's. Now they play in yellow, originally it was blue (their present day away colours) and I remember the days when they wore red. But I didn't know that they had a Dutch-style orange and black kit in the 70's! Quite cool looking one, which was the one they used in their Copa America 1975 run (2nd place, lost final to Peru - quite unusually high finish for them at the time).

The away one from the period looks nice too (just scroll down a little on that link). They should revive them someday, maybe some "blast from the past" marketing thing.
