US baseball has witnessed much the same thing recenty with Barry
Bonds. It's a divisive issue.

Bonds has never been proven to have done anything of which he's been
accused by the witch hunters.

Myself I prefer to not play god and try to judge athletes for what
they do on the athletic field.

Diego Primadonna cheated ON THE ATHLETIC FIELD and sullied the game.
His name should be stricken from the records except as a cautionary tale
of what happens when one scumbag is so convinced of his right to success
that he expects others to excuse it when he CHEATS to achieve it.

Leaving the cheating aside, Maradona still isn't in the top 5

He then goes on to put Best at the top of his own list. LOL. Typical
dopey Anglo. George Best is hardly in the top 10, whatever angle you
look at.

And such comments mark you out as an anti-anglo, in which case why
take you seriously.

I am not anti-anglo, I'm anti excessive blind pro-anglo. No one in
their right mind outside of the British Isles and their ilk would
place George Best in the top 5 let alone at number 1.

Pele comes from outside the British isles as do many of the pundits
that have claimed Best...the best.
You obviously never saw him play so I'll excuse your ignorance.

Best isn't fit to clean the boot of Lampinho, whom I hereby declare
the bestest ever to kick a ball. Disagreement with me only means that
you are ignorant because you haven't seen him play.
