Poor match. The American's showed nothing. Playing with Beckham is like playing with two right backs. He's lost the little 'pace' he had and as a result was stuck in his own half making tackles and trying to look busy. Lampard was crap as usual and I didn't think much of Rooney's performance either. Today Capello has criticised him for his tackling. As soon as Barry came on as a second half sub Gerrard scored. Ashley Young on the left, Bentley on the right (even though he also had a poor game), Gerrard and Barry in the middle, Agbonlahor and Crouch in attack is what I'd like to see.
