IMO no.

For me wingers hug the touchline often, and can and do beat players on
on one often.

Though at the end of the day, Becks still puts in those crosses and
he's great at set-pieces.

He does hang out on the sides a lot (depending on who is coach is that day) but I'd agree; if you're using someone like Giggs as your template Becks definitely isn't a winger.
