So, what you think of his chances for a third consecutive
Olympic metal ????

If he's only 25, he could do it. I don't think he should,
but
apparently the Russians didn't ask my opinion.(;-)) I think the
younger skaters should be given the chance, but this is what happens
when national prestige is more important than sportspersonship, and
the
Russians aren't the only ones to have played that game. So this is
not
an anti-Russian rant. I'd like to see Yags win something, actually.

Yagudin???? Much as I LOVE him, hasn't he retired from competition
mainly due to bad hip(s)???? I thought he had either hip surgery or a
hip replacement.

I can't say for sure, but I think he still skates but not
competitively. I just really liked his skating.

I wish Plushenko would not bother. I do not like his skating at all,
and for the life of me can't understand why the judges give him such
high
marks. Unless of course, they're still cheating.

Well, the cheaters are still there, aren't they!? Plushie does amazing
things on ice, and I wouldn't take any of his medals away from him. I
do find him a little intense though and I'm not sure if that should be
reflected in the marks. I just don't care for that, myself. He's had
his day and should let somebody else have theirs.
