Every world cup ends up with people bitter.
Are the Kiwis expecting the 2011 one to be any different?

on the subject of people taking 7 months to get over it.
Well.
Try mentioning the 1995 Springbok WC victory w/o many kiwis bringing
up deliberate food poisoning.
16.5years.
You guys are healing fast

Try mention the 2007 WC w/o some Kiwi complaining about Wayne Barnes.

Refs and Chefs is the kiwi standard excuse

Try mentioning 2003 w/o an Aussie mentioning Andre Watson .

And let me insert the SA whinges before someone pings me
- some crazies believe SA would have won the 1987 and 1991 wcs. Of
course merely mentioning that we may have been competitive in 1987
drives kiwis into a rage as it disrespects their WC victory

- and then there is Bryce Lawrence, circa 2011. Yep he had an awful
day but we should have won despite him. Would we have won the semi?
Less than 50%. Maybe 40%

- btw we blame 1999 on our coach dropping our captain just before the
WC and not playing honnibal in the semi.
- 2003 we keep very, very quiet

.
