Ok so we need an openside but IMO Fearns is not the answer. I've seen him a lot for Bath and he's not in the same class as any number of others I could name. Not sure how Haskell has been going for the Highlanders but again he's no openside. Johnson - good blindside which leaves Robshaw at openside, but (and I'm afraid I am repeating myself now) he's not an openside. Dowson is too lightweight for 8 but could do a job, but again, he's not an openside. Brussouw is going to have a field day.
I am aware it's going to be physical but do we really need 6 locks?
Do we really need Matt Stevens? Same goes for Lee Mears, who has done nothing all season.

Good to see some midfield options. I suspect the influence of Catt. Allen, Joseph, Turner-Hall and Lowe all offer something. Did we really need them all though considering we've already got Barritt, Farrell and Manu already named?
Do we really need sausage fingers Monye?
