I believe this was how it worked 60 odd years ago. H.O. de Villiers
was rumoured to be extremely punishing doing that. I doubt the NH
unions will adopt any additional EELVS, after we'd only just managed
to get the 1.0 version down their throats.

So finally someone admits its the SH ramming the ELVs down our throat. There was already a big gap between NH and SH - do you really think it's good for the world game that you should be trying to make that gap even bigger, or do you think a competitive international arena is what we all want?
