The AQB International Rugby ratings have been updated to 29 February 2008.

France fell two places to fifth in the latest ratings, after their 13-24
home loss to England, who moved up one place to sixth. In the other Six
Nations games, eighth-ranked Wales beat 12th-ranked Italy, and
seventh-ranked Ireland beat tenth-ranked Scotland. Further down, Spain fell
two places to 22nd after a home loss to 15th-ranked Romania, Portugal fell
two places to 28th after a home loss to 13th-ranked Georgia, and Czech
Republic fell one place to 42nd after an away loss to Portugal. New Zealand
remain on top of the ratings.

The main ratings list at 29 February 2008 is below. Rankings changes
shown are year-to-date.

AQB Sports Ratings

I'm guessing the large discrepency to the IRB rankings is that you
have no bonus rankings for the RWC. Still though NZ looks too far
ahead to me. The 2007 AB's certainly didnt look as far ahead of the
field as they did in 2006.
