Yes. It comes with Windows, it takes 2mins to setup and it has a very low
overhead.

I bet you don't the Web seriously either, ergo IE is the best Web browser
round.

No, I prefer Mozilla but I'm impressed with IE7, only because it stole tabs
and zones from Mozilla. Just like Vista stole Vista from KDE.
