That's an insult.
What irks me is that after I used the "daylight 2nd" phrase when referring
to a *coach* (not a player) in one of the "best ever" threads, Higgsie has
labelled it as a common "ignorant (usually Australian) comment".
In fact the only other *serious* (as opposed the the numerous frivolous
ones) use of the phrase was by a kiwi in relation to M Jones. And no one
objected, probably rightly.
But don't let that stop your crusade Higgsie. We're the devil incarnate,
you know it. Tell the world.

Higgs is little more than a fetid mist of bile, lies and distortions,
devoid of humor or interesting observation. By comparison, Matua seems
multi-dimensional, dechucker seems intelligent and Nigel Evans seems
balanced. He's an excellent and engaging poster apart from that though.

Hi Mike,
didn't you vote almost exclusively for Australian players and tell us
that if Catchpole didn't win the half back spot you'd be calling for
an enquiry?
Catchpole was a fine player, but he was hardly THE standout half back
of the past 30 odd years.
It's all very well asking for informed, interesting and humorous
posts, but you can't manage that yourself.
You just shout 'Australia are the best' as loudly as you can in
response to any subject.
