the cold from long periods in open boats.


Yes yes, but the point is the original human migrations occured over
hundreds even thousands of years, and Maoris didn't come from Taiwan
directly as such, is was merely the rough location of the human migration
stepping point from Asia into the Pacific Ocean. Although Taiwan may have
been in the equation, saying they came from there is implying that Moaris
are all Taiwanese. Maoris equally came from the Cooks, Samoa, Tonga and Fiji
as they were all stepping points too.
I beleive everyone came from Ethiopia or thereabouts originally, so if we
wanted to get silly about it we could just claim that we're all raping the
Africans of their rugby talent :)
