Watching the same matches as the rest of us? Henson was ok tacking head on
but crap everywhere else. Williams...too small to be effective anywhere

Don't talk about Char...the worse advert for Cardiff never mind Wales.

Let's wait for the new dawn of Welsh rugby shall we? I live here in Wales
and trust me, there is NO new dawn. It was simply the same as England when
they won the world cup...right team at the right time in the right place.
And as to the English only playing a kicking game...nice to see Henson doing
just that with the last kick of the game against England.

The Welsh aren't better than the English or the Irish or French for that
matter. They're better than the Scots and Italians but that's only because
they don't have a team...although the Italians are becoming something we
shouldn't just dismiss.

Oh spare me...The Welsh are ALWAYS bleating about "English" rugby and
pointing the finger at us. Hell, they'd have us believe THEY were the
saviours of the 6N even though they made little or no difference to the
standard of play. Let's face it, the Lions were rolled over by a much better
team.... I hear Welshmen bleating each week at the local club and at the
Staduim where I can pay a tenner and watch the "best" of Welsh rugby...lol

We did? Did I miss something on this last tour? Did I hear the English
blaming anyone?

The Welsh have never gotten over the fact that their rugby is rubbish. And
if they'd have played as part of the LIONS team and not little Wales then
maybe things would have been different.

Well, actually I think SCW DID get in all wrong but I'm just a mere woman so
that makes me doubly damned doesn't it...knows nothing about rugby AND a
female!

They don't carry any responsibility because they didn't have the experience
to be there. They were there simply on the back of the fact that Wales won
the 6N and there would have been an outcry had they not been selected. I'd
have taken more English and Irish players but hey ho.

Thank you. Henson DID do squat. All that posturing and when the crunch came
he was rolled over again and again by bigger better player in the ABs and I
think it is HIM who couldn't tackle you beagle. Williams was fast but just
too small to make any difference to any play. Wilkinson shouldn't have been
there anyway and SCW has possibly blighted his career for good. Greenwood
should retire gracefully. And yes, it was a TEAM effort and a poor one at
that and hey, let's not forget that the Red Dragon boys are now special
having won the 6N and we need to remember that Welsh rugby will take the
world by storm once more.

Oh let's all point the finger at everyone who isn't Welsh. I don't recall a
single Irishman or Scotsman complaining. I certainly don't recall seeing the
Scots complain about the lack of players in the squad but according to the
Nationals down here, the entire squad should have been the whole of the
Welsh team and no one else.
Get over it...we lost to a far better team who wanted to win more than we
did. We were rolled over by a nation that plays together not against itself
and it's time the Lions tours were scrapped instead of being a way to raise
money for the old school tie boys
