I suppose they should be if they have any kind of self respect, but it'll
have *nothing* to do with a 'wierdo press'. The story was a light hearted
jibe in a light-hearted slot, not leading the front page as this bloke says.
The SA press pretty much leave the sport to the back page and it's certainly
not like the UK where this would have been on the first three pages and had
an 8 page pullout.
I read the Cape Times every day and the news guys report the news and the
sports guys report the sport. Sensationalism is not the style here. All the
Aussies would be reading, would be team news and quotes from press
conferences, just like the rest of us.
