likely to be cancelled or what? have not been to henley myself since
the weekend and the river was very high then and over the bank in
parts, so has it totally burst its banks now? anyone prepared to make
any predictions?

if it is off there is always a cat show at the Rivermead Leisure
centre in Reading to go to instead, nice and warm inside the main hall
with all those lovely kitties and deranged old women giving off lots
of body heat :-) Hopefully that won't be cancelled due to flooding but
then the leisure centre is very close to the river there so you never
know...

I share your concern about this because the entries for TVTH must
close at 12 noon on Saturday and any crew which wants to get a race
that weekend needs to send us an entry before we close our list.

Sorry, we can't offer a cat interest, we use inline launches for
marshalling

shameless plug or what?

but nice to see that you too are concerned about whether the southern
counties cat club show on the 26th will be affected by the current
inclement weather conditions, it is an issue of national importance i
think, or it should be anyway.

anyway, dreary as racing in a time trial at dorney may be it may be
the only race anyone gets in the thames valley. I assume that quintin
head and other tideway races will not be affected will they?
