True. But if we can get 90% of the crews in the right place and 90% of
crews keeping a good lookout that's a hell of a lot less likelihood of
an accident that just relying on keeping a lookout. It's why I keep on
at Bristol crews about staying in their navigation lanes.
If this eight in question were in the wrong place because they hadn't
been informed of the local rules, then that's an easy fix.....
