Rowing Beast website

Does anyone know what the story is here? This site (www.rowingbeast.com) appeared earlier this year and was providing a forum for discussion of all sorts of Scottish rowing issues, but it seemed to die off in the summer when the students were on hols. However it hasn't re-awakened; in fact now all I get is a cgi script error when I try to access it. I'd hate to think it was killed off just because some of the powers-that-be didn't want open discussion of some of the issues concerned.
