Nice to know that clearly it's all my fault.
All's well in ARA-land then.

So that everyone can see straight through the ARA's disgusting spin, please read the following:-
When, as in the Leo Blockley case, undergraduate & post-grad students, are told by senior academic staff that a cover-up is to be imposed on much of what actually happened, & even coldly lied to about what are supposedly the prime concerns of the bereaved parents, those students are caught in an impossible moral position. They also know exactly where they then stand: if they tell the truth in its totality, they will be systematically screwed by the establishment & disbelieved by the outside world.
Breaching University's Omerta would jeopardize their academic studies, studentship, job references & career prospects. Trapped & impotent while they pondered their position, coped with the trauma & tried their best to keep emotions under control, they would feel themselves increasingly compromised by their own silence & thus less able to spill the beans. Besides, the guy was dead, & making waves would only make trouble And that's how such a message keeps getting rammed home
This situation, imposed by supposedly upright & respectable adult officers, was immoral & illegal. Throughout the hearings in the High Court & then the Coroner's Court, Oxford University's battery of well-paid lawyers fought desperately & unscrupulously to cover the backs of the University, keep evidence out of court, challenge the incontrovertible, intimidate witnesses & to defend those who had imposed this intolerable & abusive situation on their students.
The ARA has now, very foolishly & with total lack of truth or morality, publicly stooped to heaped blame on the shoulders of OULRC's then president, Jeremy.
I should explain that Jeremy was the very first person at Oxford to express his concern about what was happening. And despite the pressure upon him, he did so at the earliest possible moment. Which was how I came first to see that the story being spun by OU & the ARA to cover up Leo's death was a nothing more than a tissue of lies.
Jeremy could not fight this within the OU setup, although he tried to do so. He sought help from others at OU to escape from the trap into which he was being forced. The Coroner last week heard how Jeremy contacted a number of senior people associated with the university & the club to express his concern & seek their intervention. And he heard each of those supposedly important & responsible people, pillars of the community you might say, tell him not to interfere, that they could not help & to let things continue as the plot intended.
Meanwhile the ARA did everything in its power, & without qualms over means or method, to throw such as myself & the Blockleys off the scent and into oblivion.
That latest ARA website posting is beyond contempt.
