My theory: He knows exactly how awful she is. We Smarks are being punished

Eddy. But we didn't support who Vince wanted us to support, so now we get
Guerrero ghosts up the wazzoo.
Wince thinks he can turn shit into gold (read: Mike Adamle).
Yeah, he should have given up on that Rocky Maivia guy too.

Adamle has already been salvaged. Sure he's nothing but a dork comedy
character. But he's already more entertaining than the King, JR, and
Cole. He'll end up as a passable announcer. I remember this group
went ape-shit at the first few weeks of Lillian Garcia. She turned
out ok, too.
Exactly. It's rare that the WWE is so stubborn that they keep
something that clearly isn't working without knowingly alering it.
Adamle is a perfect example. He'll play up the "bad announcer" gimmick
until it runs its course, and by that time he'll be comfortable and
familiar with the product enough to be a good WWE announcer. He's
obviously got the experience behind the microphone, just not with the
product.
Yeah, they make mistakes, and do it quite a bit, but they usually
acknowledge it.
There's a reason that the WWE has kept its head above water for
decades while every other wrestling company has languished, despite
the predictable calls for its death by every other pissed-off internet
mark.

I don't see how anyone who has enjoyed or respected what the Guerreros
have contributed to wrestling can enjoy, or even tolerate, what WEE
WEE has done to Vickie Guerroro, making her into a stupid whore -
which she is not - and Edge's lackey.
Look, a lot of people have taken that side, but remember -- before
Eddie's death, Vicky was in that angle concerning Eddie and Rey and
Rey's son -- something I felt was incredibly stupid. So it's not like
this is something out of the blue. I have yet to hear from VG herself
about how she feels about it, but clearly this is something that she
herself has approved of and feels OK with. I strongly doubt that she
would have taken a tombstone from Taker or a kick from Rey if she
didn't want to.
As far as on camera is concerned, I think the heel heat is genuine, of
course, as Froggy said, audio enhancement is always a factor. But
given the way she and Edge have mercilessly tormented Taker, Teddy
Long and CM Punk, I think it's legit.
She's not gold on the mic for sure, but she has improved.
If Undertaker needed to take
time off there are surely better ways to have scripted his temporary
departure as a permanent firing, especially since he is also featured
on an on-air ad for the next PPV.
I think you meant to say "departure THAN as a permanent firing". I
agree with you
I mean, if there's one guy who we know isn't going anywhere, it's
Taker.
