FARVA to take control of RSPW
Farva McMahon-Heffernan acquired 20,000 shares of RSPW Class A common stock,
according to documents filed with the SEC today. As an officer with the
company, Farva used his stock options to acquire the shares at $9.60 per
share. RSPW's stock closed at $16.65 today, and the 1-year estimate from
analysts has the stock rising to $19.50 per share.
