Yes, Obama should just let every soundbite Fox News pseudo-truth about him
slide right by and say nothing about it.

You revile Hillary, yet you love her for going against a man who would
squash McCain like a bug in the general. Talk about Hypocrasy.

If I only became aware of politics last week, I'd think the likes of
Torrey and Krauterhammer were Hillary backers, that's how they read
sometimes.

Re: McCain, interesting how the very reason many "real" conservatives
disdain him is the very reason that he has a chance at all in this
election, and that he's polling the numbers that he is. McCain is at
least sane on many issues, and reasonable. Even where he is not so
popular with non-moderates/liberals/democrats (i.e. Iraq war), he
comes across as dignified and willing to look at things from the
others position. His Maverick status, how people like Kerry respect
him, etc is the very reason that Repubs have a chance. Funny how they
fought and continue to fight, their best chance at the white house,
especially in light of the protracted Democratic struggle.

A) Reagan won quite convincingly without being a "maverick" who "reaches across the aisle". While I sadly realize they won't be another Reagan, the fact remains that he proved it can be done. McCain is nothing more than Repub voters losing their nerve and settling for their "best chance at winning" over the best candidate, IMLTHO. That said, I don't blame John for riding that wave to victory.

B) With our race over at this point the only thing we have to discuss in the next few months is the cluster*** that the Dem race has become (BWAHAHA). As, once again, there really ain't a damn bit of difference between Hitlary and B. Hussein and either would be an absolute disaster then why not root for the one we can easily beat (tho that gets more cloudy as the days go by as well)?
