I have been eating a low sodium diet since my early 30's
I have no temper, I'm the most laid back person you'll ever meet
I eat fresh fruits and vegitables daily

then tell me how it can possibly be so high. what do the doctors say?

Heredity, every male on my fathers side of the family has had it.
I've known for years I'd get it sooner or later no matter how well I
tried to avoid it. I'm on medication now to lower it, just takes time
to get it back down to normal.
