That "blank check" allowed Bush to get two good folks on the Supreme
Court. It was far from disgusting. I wish the Repubs still had the
majority in all three branches. That's the only way to get things
done. Compromise = pablum.
The Bush administration and Congress have managed to spend our country
into the poorhouse. I would rather have deadlock. Perhaps if there was
a rational opposition we wouldn't have gotten involved in an
interventionist war which is costing us too much in blood and treasure.
Sad thing about that; almost all the dumbass politicians supported the
Iraq war at the beginning? Why? Because they're fucking whores for
popular opinion.
I have always thought (and I can back this up) that invading Iraq would
remove a harmless *** and create a terrorist factory. I'm just some

Obviously, Hussien was very, very harmful to many people. Taking him
