If your orbit continuously placed you closer to the Sun, you'd be

Ah but the mentioning of this dreary little factoid would not properly
confuse the poor souls who believe industry over science. As has been
pointed out, the author of the previously photoreplicated essay (sans
photorepresentated charts of "data") indeed in the pocket of
industry.

Yet let us take some look at some pesky factoids that indeed shine
some light on the matter.

1) Mars is *not* warming as the author so casually claims at the end
of his essay (nee article). Should you wish to understand the depths
of your ignorance, Mr. Spears, then read the following:http://www.realclimate.org/index.php?p=192

2) Patrick Michaels is a contrarian and holds little respect within
the scientific community. All accounts are of him manipulating and/or
misrepresenting the facts. Why? Because, as has been previously
established, he works for the fossil fuel industry and does not serve
the higher purpose. As a Christian this should offend you, Mr. Spears.
But I suppose you see no problem of changing money in the temple of
humanity. Jesus weeps for his followers...

3) To bring us back to the debate at hand, another factoid
conveniently left amongst the torn shreds of accurate representation
is that Neptune itself has a strong thermal core much like Jupiter.
This thermal core, as you could easily discover with a tad of research
outside of, scoff, online diaries, is more that 10K degrees Fahrenheit
hotter than the sun's surface. If, on the slim chance you actually
care about what you are told your beliefs are, you might want to study
what a thermal core can do to an atmosphere.

Tell me, Torrey, why are you so afraid to allow for humanity to clean
up the messes it made? People did not believe the world to be round
(due in no small part to statements such as "the four corners of the
earth") and all those who could prove the shape of the earth through
math and science were mocked. And now people once again doubt the
scientific community. Yet for all of the issues inherent why can you
not see the need to refocus our goals towards better health for future
generations?

You support the War in Iraq. Regime change. Building schools. Water
filtration plants. Because it is good for the people of Iraq. Yet, why
not climate change? Building new lifestyles? Planting gardens?
Cleaning up the messes we have made? Do you not see the benefits of
curbing our ways? The global warming issue is but part of the overall
issue at hand. Humanity is defecating where it dines. I may be a dandy
but I suspect most prefer not to be surrounded by the *** industry
pollutes our planet and atmosphere with.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

Dandies: Maybe we do support a clean environment, but don't believe
that any of it has to do with "Climate Change," as there were Ice Ages
and Warm Periods way before anyone invented cars or factories.
