1- No longer than two weeks. We don't need four days to vote in each
round. Two days and move on.

Absolutely agree. Lvubun needs to just set aside two weeks when the
concentrates on it and manages it properly. If he doesn't want to do that,
step aside and let someone else run it. I volunteer for next year.

2- Set the end time for voting. Just saying voting is over at 8pm on this
day is easy and you can just not count the votes after 8pm. Right now,
who knows when voting is over.

Again, it goes to proper management.

3- The seedings this year were horrible. Have someone who follows the
group do the seedings.

The seedings could have been better, but they weren't that bad.

I would add:

Voting cannot happen on the newsgroup. Socks and other bull*** have
ruined this tournament year after year. Voting should be moved to a site
where one poster/one IP address/one vote. Lvubun's rule of only active
posters should remain.


As long as the site doesn't require you to sign up etc....
