I don't think you can, the tail-off in interest is inherent in the single-elimination knockout format. The RSPW Rumble thing works because you have a constant level of people involved at all times. KORSPW dies by the semi finals because you go from 64 people being all over it trying to get to the next round to four underdogs who have burned through all their best material.
