What should be done is that Mexican Citizens (and Canadian citizens)

should be, for the most part, eliminated.

Ah, the next move to a one world government... let
the New World Order commence!

Think NAFTA, but more
encompassing. What you would have then would be three politically and
culturally unique countries, but one massive, free-flowing economy,
which would very quickly bring the standard of living of the average
Mexican up to the point where they wouldn't have to come to the US to
earn enough to feed their families. You would also consolidate and
coordinate all security and military to allow for a complete North
American Security Zone. To do this, however, the entire Mexican
Government would have to be scrapped and reshaped

Uh-huh... and you are such a big fan of doing this in Iraq...

to eliminate or at
the very least reduce the amount of corruption. The southern Mexican
border with Guatemala and Belize would have to have to be sealed, until
such time as the Latin American countries (and the Caribbean countries)
clean their own political and economic houses, and then they, too,
could be invited to join the North American super-economy, with limited
citizenship granted for all NorAm countries.

Nope, no imperialist expansion going on here... move along!
