You are. Major corporations have policies on stuff like this and most of
them would warrant disciplinary action. However, I have to say that it
probably shouldn't be happening on company time, but in the absence of
racial or other "protected status" slurs, it's a little sad to report it to
an employer.

ISPs, however, are a different story.
